The Department of Building Inspection (DBI) of San Francisco has embarked on a revolutionary new program designed to improve living conditions for all residents of rental property. To help ensure the success of the program, DBI is working in cooperation with five non-profit organizations, The Housing Rights Committee of San Francisco, The St. Peter’s Housing Committee, The San Francisco Apartment Association, Chinatown Community Development Center, and Tenderloin Housing Clinic representing the interests of rental property owners and tenants. more....
