To expedite the filing of complaint or to receive information on the Department of Building Inspection complaint process, please contact one of the following divisions by phone during normal business hours. The staff will be able to provide you with written documentation (Complaint Data Sheet) of your complaint. Once your complaint is in the system, you may track it online through our Online Permit and Complaint Tracking System.
When filing a complaint, please provide the following information. Failure to provide this information may prevent the Department from responding to your complaint or inquiry in a timely manner.
